Under the 2026 Erasmus+ Programme, KA210 and KA220 projects are funded using pre-defined lump sums rather than reimbursement of actual costs. You choose one fixed amount at application stage and your budget must justify that amount through planned activities. The available amounts are: €30,000 or €60,000 for KA210, and €120,000, €250,000 or €400,000 for KA220.
KA210 requires a minimum of 2 organisations. KA220 requires a minimum of 3 organisations. The tool will notify you if you try to proceed without meeting these requirements.
The suggested daily staff rates are based on the official Erasmus+ unit cost tables: €120/day for high-income countries, €110/day for medium-income countries, and €100/day for lower-income countries. These are reference values β€” you can adjust them, but the minimum allowed rate is €100/day.
