Erasmus+ Proposal Development
Turn your project idea into a clear, structured and evaluator-focused Erasmus+ proposal.
Why Erasmus Proposals Are Not Funded
Most proposals fail not because of a weak idea, but because of how they are structured and written.
Erasmus+ proposals are not funded because they often lack clarity and strategic structure:
- Unclear roles and responsibilities within the partnership.
- Weak logic between activities, results and expected impact.
- Insufficient or unclear dissemination and impact planning.
Evaluators assess proposals using strict quality criteria focused on relevance, coherence, impact and feasibility:
- A realistic and well-structured work plan.
- Logical connections between activities, results and impact.
- Measurable impact and an effective dissemination strategy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the Erasmus+ Proposal Development service — before you get started.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You need to complete a project brief covering your project concept, objectives, target groups, Key Action and partner organisations. If you prefer, we can start with a kick-off call instead where we gather all the information we need directly from you.
Do I need to have all my partners confirmed before you start writing?
Ideally yes — having confirmed partners allows us to write accurate partnership descriptions and cooperation arrangements. If you are still finalising your consortium, let us know and we can discuss the best approach for your situation.
Will the proposal be specific to our project or based on a template?
Every proposal we write is built specifically for your project, your partners and your objectives. We do not use generic templates. The proposal is written to reflect your organisation's context and to compete — not just to comply.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Three rounds of revisions are included. After delivering the full proposal draft, you can request up to three rounds of adjustments at no extra cost before your submission deadline.
Do you use AI to write the proposals?
Our proposals are written by an experienced Erasmus+ proposal specialist — not generated by AI. We may use AI tools to support research or formatting, but every section is reviewed, written and signed off by a human expert with direct knowledge of evaluation standards.
What if my submission deadline is very close?
Get in touch before ordering and we will confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline. Delivery is within 10 working days for KA1, 15 for KA210 and 20 for KA220 — so plan accordingly.
